Police officers from the Economic Crime Department of the Lubin District Police Headquarters traced a fraudster who attempted to obtain a cash loan fraudulently and was arrested in the act. Officers determined that the young man had used a forged certificate of employment and income to try to obtain PLN 15,000. Police officers thwarted his plans.
The 27-year-old resident of Polkowice County, suspected of attempting to fraudulently obtain a PLN 15,000 loan, was taken into police custody. He faces up to eight years in prison.
