As a result of operational work and based on the information gathered, the officers traced the burglar. Their findings indicated that the man might be storing items originating from thefts. The police searched the selected locations. In the suspect’s basement and garage, the officers found some of the equipment from a workshop that had been burgled. They also secured car parts. After checking, it turned out that they came from a Mercedes stolen in Legnica.
The Lubin resident who was detained has already been charged with two burglaries. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
