The incident occurred in Bolesławiec municipality. According to police findings, two perpetrators committed a robbery using a dangerous tool at one of the commercial facilities. The aggressors stole mobile phones.
Officers identified and then arrested the men suspected of the offence. They also recovered some of the stolen property. It turned out that both detainees had previously been convicted, among other things, of theft, burglary and other offences against property.
The court ordered the suspects to be held in pre-trial detention for three months. They could face up to 15 years in prison.
