Officers from the District Police Unit of the Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec, while patrolling the city streets, noticed a man suspected of stealing mobile phones from a shop. Moreover, it turned out that the 38-year-old resident of Bolesławiec had a two-year prison sentence to serve for crimes against property and against the credibility of documents.
The officers recovered two of the three stolen smartphones. The detainee admitted his guilt and gave explanations.
The man was taken to prison. He now faces an additional sentence of up to five years.
