Within the walls of the Bolesławiec regiment, the Commander General of the Branches of the Armed Forces was welcomed by the commander of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, Colonel Paweł Świtalski, who briefed Lieutenant General Dr Mirosław Różański on the recruits’ training, conducted since 8 January at the Preparatory Service Training Centre established on the basis of the 23rd Artillery Regiment.

General Różański familiarised himself with the accommodation conditions, logistical support and training facilities of the Bolesławiec centre, and observed individual drill training.

His presence among the soldiers provided an opportunity to discuss various aspects of preparatory training and military service. The Commander General asked the volunteers about their reasons for joining the preparatory service, their reflections on the training completed so far, and their plans concerning future service. “Military service is not easy. It requires effort, sacrifice and, above all, proper training and preparation for the tasks assigned to soldiers,” General Różański stressed in his conversation with the recruits, wishing them perseverance during their training and the fulfilment of their dreams of a professional military career.
