Officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra identified and then detained a 28-year-old man suspected of crimes against property.
The man is charged with at least four crimes against property, which he committed in Jelenia Góra in November last year. The 28-year-old broke into and robbed cellars. He stole power tools and a bicycle. The victims’ total losses amount to nearly PLN 7,000.
Police are now clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail. Officers determined that the 28-year-old sold some of the stolen property at a pawnshop in Jelenia Góra.
The 28-year-old confessed to the crime. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
