On 19 December, before noon, Lubin traffic police officers stopped drivers during preventive activities, while a volunteer handed them a scented heart from the PZU Foundation, encouraging them to drive safely and pay particular attention to pedestrians.
The slogans placed on the hearts are intended to remind people of pedestrians and their safety. To effectively influence a change in negative behaviours, volunteers remind drivers that their loved ones may also be pedestrians, which is why it is worth exercising caution out of concern for their safety and, above all, their lives.
The joint police and PZU campaign covers the entire country. It was also conducted on the roads of Lubin County.
