The duty officer of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a telephone report from an employee of the Bolesławiec Water Park “Orka” concerning a man who was causing a disturbance while heavily intoxicated. According to the report, the man had also damaged property, including the changing-room door and the facility’s advertising banner.
A patrol was immediately dispatched to the scene and apprehended the disruptive man. He turned out to be homeless and was known to the officers from previous interventions.
According to witnesses, he damaged property that employees of the Bolesławiec swimming pool valued at approximately 500–600 zlotys.
The police are conducting further proceedings in the case. The homeless man could face up to five years in prison.
