Over those four days, there were 2 accidents and 9 road collisions. Moreover, police officers detained two drivers under the influence of alcohol, 2 drivers subject to a court-ordered driving ban, and the same number whose driving authorizations had been temporarily revoked.

The first accident occurred on Friday, October 30, near the Bolesławiec marketplace, known as Manhattan. A 58-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, driving a VW Golf, struck a 60-year-old cyclist from Bolesławiec while leaving the marketplace. The woman suffered a leg injury and was taken to hospital.

The second accident occurred on November 2 on the A18, at the level of Świętoszów. A 33-year-old resident of Małopolska, driving a Fiat Scudo, crashed into the rear of an Opel driven by a 33-year-old resident of Jawor. As officers determined, the latter had entered traffic improperly.

As a result of the collision, the resident of Jawor suffered serious injuries and was transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Legnica.
