Police officers from the Criminal Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra, as a result of their investigation, identified and then arrested an 18-year-old resident of Szklarska Poręba suspected of robbery. In this case, officers also detained two other men, aged 32 and 34, the first suspected of handling stolen goods and the second of possessing drugs.
According to the officers’ findings, on September 28 this year, at around 10:15 p.m., a teenager wearing a balaclava and holding an object resembling a weapon knocked on the door of one of the grocery discount stores in Szklarska Poręba. He then terrorized the store employee and demanded money.

After being notified of the robbery, police officers began searching for the attacker. However, they apprehended not one person, but three. All three were placed in police custody.
The teenager could face up to 12 years in prison for robbery. The District Court in Jelenia Góra ordered him to be held in pretrial detention for two months.
The older man is suspected of possessing drugs, for which he could face up to three years in prison, while his associate, suspected of handling stolen goods, could face up to five years.
