Officers and non-commissioned officers of 10BKPanc received their promotions to the next service ranks as early as September 12, during a ceremony marking the Black Division Day. Among the promoted soldiers were Major Jan Chmielewski and Captain Rafał Kozigrodzki. On September 21, during the morning assembly beginning the service week, in the presence of all 10BKPanc personnel, the commander, Brigadier General Maciej Jabłoński, presented the two officers mentioned above with military appointments and promotions to their next professional positions.
At the request of the General Commander, by decision of the Minister of National Defence, Major Jan Chmielewski, head of the personnel section, was promoted to the next military rank—that of lieutenant colonel—and appointed commander of the 10BKPanc command battalion.
At the request of the General Commander, by decision of the Minister of National Defence, Captain Rafał Kozigrodzki, company commander, was promoted to the next military rank—that of major—and appointed deputy commander of the 10BKPanc command battalion.
At the request of the 10BKPanc commander, by decision of the Minister of National Defence, Senior Sergeant Robert Gosa, a non-commissioned officer in the 10BKPanc operations section, was promoted to the next military rank—that of junior warrant officer.
On the same day, at the request of the Minister of National Defence, Major Rafał Wielgus was awarded the Chad Star for impeccable service in Polish military contingents outside the country.
