On Sunday, the 3rd Local Government Volleyball Tournament was held in the sports hall at Primary School No. 1. The competition was won by the Bolesławiec Municipality team. The winning team consisted of: Janusz Cieśla, Krzysztof Łukowski, Bartosz Górecki, Monika Cieśla, Elżbieta Cieśla, Iwona Cieśla, Marek Skarbież, Michał Juszczyk, Tomasz Stadnik and Paweł Chruściński.
The remaining places were taken by the teams representing the Bolesławiec City Office, the Municipal Police and MOSiR. Katarzyna Graczyk was named the tournament’s best female player. Marek Skarbież was named the best male player. Awards were also presented. Elwira Walera was recognised for her smile, grace and charm. Emil Zając received an award for his commitment and the excitement he brought. The 3rd Local Government Volleyball Tournament was organised by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre.
