For children
Children can use a recreational pool with an area of 200 m² and a depth of 0.9–1.3 m, equipped with water geysers, water massage cannons, five air massage loungers, a water cascade and a water carousel known as the lazy river, which alternates with a waterfall. There is also a flat, wide and short family slide next to the pool. Two great slides, 60 m and 100 m long, are available for older children and adults. Near the recreational pool, there is a 25 m² paddling pool for toddlers, approximately 30 cm deep and equipped with children's water attractions (a fountain, waterfall and mini-slide). Those who prefer less physical activity can relax in the jacuzzi. Swimmers can use the sports pool, measuring 16 m × 25 m.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, as part of the PLN 5 promotional ticket, children can take part in swimming lessons with an instructor:
- 10:00–10:45 classes for children aged 5–7
- 11:00–11:45 classes for children aged 8–12
For children who attended swimming schools or corrective exercise classes throughout the year, Bolesławiec ORKA Water Park has organized holiday classes where they will have the opportunity to continue learning to swim and exercising in the water. A monthly pass must be purchased to participate.
Corrective exercise classes will be held in July on Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:15 to 17:00, while the holiday swimming school (July–August) will also take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 17:00 to 17:45.
ORKA has not forgotten about adults
On Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the holidays, from 20:00 to 20:45, people will be able to take part in beginner swimming lessons. This is an opportunity for adults to learn to swim this year so that during their holidays they can fully enjoy trips and swimming in seas, lakes or pools. Swimming lessons are taught by Ryszard Niewiadomski, “Dzidek”. It is worth taking advantage of the opportunity! All you need to do is purchase a monthly pass at the Orka office (first floor, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00) or, after 16:00, at the swimming pool ticket office (ground floor).
For those who enjoy relaxation
At Bolesławiec ORKA Water Park, SAUNA RITUALS and MENTHOL CEREMONIES are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 17:00 to 21:00.
A sauna ritual is a ceremony also known as steaming or a sauna session. It is performed by a trained sauna master who, using a dry or damp towel, distributes hot air throughout the sauna while using selected aromas. Combined with the art of moving the towel to the rhythm of music, these elements make the ritual a unique performance.
This several-minute journey guarantees intense stimulation of the senses. The swimming pool does not charge any additional fee for participating in the rituals. All you need to do is purchase a pool-and-sauna ticket.
