The incident occurred on Thursday, April 23, at the intersection of Góralska and Staszica Streets. Two cars, a Citroen and a Volvo, collided. One person with a spinal injury was taken to hospital.

The incident was classified as a collision. It is also known that the driver of the Citroen, a resident of Jelenia Góra, caused the collision by failing to yield the right of way to the Volvo driver. The case will be decided in court.
