Officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters found a milling machine originating from a crime at one of Bolesławiec’s second-hand shops. It turned out that the machine had been stolen by a 37-year-old resident of Złotoryja County.

The detained man admitted to the crime. He committed it in September 2014. He robbed the owner of the furniture company where he worked. The milling machine was worth approximately PLN 2,000.

The officers also established that the 37-year-old had pawned a stolen camera at the same pawnshop. The man had previously been convicted of similar offenses. He now faces up to five years in prison.

Moreover, three more items originating from crimes committed in Kraków, Lwówek Śląski and Bolesławiec were found at the pawnshop. The recovered property will be returned to its owners.
