The “Ale Pasztet!” festival was held at Kliczków Castle. Culinary stars from all over Poland came to the palace. The special guests were Piotr Bikont (culinary critic), Sylwia Biały (Hell's Kitchen Polska), and Agnieszka Buch (Top Chef).

Students of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools took part in the competition: Wioleta Sula from the fourth year (food technology), and Krzysztof Ozga from the second year (food technology). They formed an excellent team and won an honorable second place in the competition, as well as a special award from the Agricultural Agency of the Lubusz Voivodeship for the best-quality pâté.

Wiola and Krzysztof prepared two excellent dishes: pâté under a red blanket with a streak of saffron sauce, and a juicy quail on a meadow accompanied by a potato. They performed brilliantly during the competition: they cooked calmly and professionally and finished ahead of schedule, which was very short for such complicated dishes (90 minutes). The students were prepared for the competition by teachers Małgorzata Plis-Lozer and Małgorzata Tubaj.

First place in the student category went to students from the School of Gastronomy in Wrocław, while third place went to the School of Gastronomy in Warsaw.

The Istotne.pl editorial team congratulates the students, teachers, and school on such an excellent result in the nationwide competition.
