The incident occurred during the night of the 8th to the 9th, between garages on a square by Złotoryjska Street in Legnica. The cause of death of the 33-year-old man was a stab wound in the area of the heart.
Thanks to information obtained by Legnica police officers, both suspects in the murder of the 33-year-old were arrested in Warsaw. The first of them—a 34-year-old man—was apprehended by the Warsaw police two weeks ago. By court decision, he was placed in temporary custody.
The second suspect was also arrested in Warsaw last weekend. The 21-year-old was taken to Legnica. The local prosecutor’s office is investigating the case. The man was also placed in temporary custody for three months.
Both detainees face up to life imprisonment.
