The Ale Pasztet! Festival will last two days: 23 and 24 November. The Festival’s special guests will be Piotr Bikont (culinary critic), Sylwia Biały (a finalist on Hell's Kitchen Polska) and Agnieszka Buch (a participant in Top Chef).
The event is held as part of the Polish Culinary Cup and promotes traditional cuisine based on game and the treasures of the Lower Silesian Forests. The festival makes a significant contribution to adding unique recipes and excellent dishes to the list of traditional products. For lovers of sophisticated flavours, it is a must-have attraction on the menu of Kliczków Castle.
