The detention took place on Sunday, November 2. At around 12:15 p.m., police officers on one of the streets of Jelenia Góra noticed a Skoda that was being driven as if its driver were drunk. The officers’ suspicions were confirmed. The car was driven by a 35-year-old woman from Jelenia Góra. She had more than 2 per mille of alcohol in her system.
As it turned out, the woman was returning with her 9-year-old daughter and her father... from church. She now faces up to 2 years in prison.
