The aim of the initiative is to familiarise primary school students from the city and municipality with the rules of safe road use. The meetings will be led by officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters. The children answer questions about crossing the road safely, walking along road verges and the rules for travelling as a passenger in a car. During the presentation, the students also take part in an interesting and informative quiz on road safety for passengers, pedestrians and cyclists, as well as basic traffic regulations.
After the meeting, participants receive reflective items funded by Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń. The project is held under the patronage of: Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman and County Police Commander in Bolesławiec Insp. Henryk Stefanko. The project is implemented by the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters and the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre, with the support of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń.
