The incident took place on August 24, at around 4:00 p.m., on one of the streets in Jelenia Góra. The 24-year-old man, who was probably under the influence of intoxicants, first started an argument in the apartment and then took out his aggression on his sister’s car. He kicked the vehicle, damaging its bodywork. The damage was estimated at over PLN 1,000.
The entire incident was spotted on city surveillance cameras by the duty officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters, who sent a patrol to the scene. The 24-year-old was arrested in the act. He was taken into police custody. He faces up to five years in prison.
