The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity donated life-saving and life-support equipment for newborn babies, estimated to be worth more than half a million zlotys. Two incubators—an open and a closed one—as well as a resuscitation table, a cardiac monitor and a specialist lamp for newborns with jaundice were delivered to the facility in Bogatynia.
When it comes to breaking records in the Great Orchestra's finale, Bogatynia is the best in the region. Year after year, its residents break the record for collecting money for those most in need. “Our efforts certainly do not go unnoticed, hence, presumably, this important gift in the form of so many modern devices,” say officials from UMiG Bogatynia.
