Police officers from the station in Warta Bolesławiecka detained a 16-year-old resident of the town. The teenager is suspected of stealing two bicycles. He committed both offenses on the same day (he stole the first bicycle from one of the properties and the second from outside a shop). The officers determined where the 16-year-old had hidden part of the loot. As soon as he returned for it, he was arrested.
The officers recovered one of the stolen bicycles, worth nearly PLN 600. It was returned to its owner. The 16-year-old confessed. He will now face a family court for his offense.
