The brigade fielded a strong 14-person team, which won a total of 10 medals during the championships held at General Command level: 7 individual medals (4 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze), 2 relay medals (both silver), and the most valuable one—a silver medal in the team classification.
The winners were the CSWInż.iChem. team from Wrocław, which included as many as five cadets who are also members of the Polish national swimming team. Despite the very high level represented by Wrocław, our competitors managed to put up a fierce fight against the young Polish swimming talents, losing to them in the team classification by just 4 points (the first team scored 149). The Wrocław professionals were lavish in their praise of the soldiers from 10BKPanc.
Such good results were possible thanks to diligent training, including during a sports camp in Bolesławiec, when the team was coached by Second Lieutenant Krzysztof Wróbel.
