Late on Friday evening, a Volkswagen Caddy was broken into in a restaurant parking lot in Brzeźnik. The thief forced open the lock on the tailgate and stole four travel bags. The bags contained documents, clothing, mobile phones and money. The losses were estimated at PLN 12,000.
Three other travel bags were stolen the following day near a restaurant in Kruszyn. This time, the thief broke into a Volkswagen Polo. The stolen bags contained a digital video camera, a camera, clothing and cosmetics worth a total of PLN 20,000.
On Monday, an hour after midnight, a Rover 820 SI passenger car was stolen from Gdańska Street in Bolesławiec. The value of the stolen vehicle was estimated at PLN 12,000. That same night, a BMW worth PLN 10,000 was also stolen in Czerna.
