The Forum hall filled with children three times as they attended regular theatre performances at BOK-MCC. This week, the theatre from Kielcza presented “The Enchanted World of Fairy Tales”, “Seen from Olympus” and “Stones on the Rampart”.
The first performance featured characters from well-known children’s poems by Tuwim, Brzechwa and Fredro. Preschoolers and slightly older viewers learned who “Samochwała” was, why Paweł could not get along with Gaweł, and why Grześ had lied to his aunt.
Primary school pupils learned the story of the creation of the world and humanity as seen from the divine Olympus, through the eyes of Zeus, Hera and Apollo. The performance “Seen from Olympus” presented myths full of humorous scenes and dialogue.
The performance based on Aleksander Kamiński’s novel “Stones on the Rampart” used multimedia elements. The lighting effects and modern musical arrangements captured the attention of the teenage audience.
