Mediation is a method of resolving disputes in which a third party helps the parties communicate with each other, identify their interests and the issues to be discussed, and reach a mutually acceptable consensus. The process is voluntary, confidential and informal.
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process through which the parties seek to resolve a dispute in the presence of a trusted third party—the mediator.
