This year’s Blues nad Bobrem Festival is dedicated to the outstanding Polish musician Tadeusz Nalepa. On this occasion, two concerts hosted by Jan Chojnacki will take place. The passes that can be won in the competition provide admission to these two events and to the blues band showcase.

- Today, 7 August, Wednesday, the organizers—the Blues nad Bobrem Festival and Bolesławiec City Center—cordially invite you to the opening of an exhibition by renowned Polish photographer Marek Karewicz, titled “Photographs,” with the artist in attendance. Marek Karewicz created thousands of photographs of jazz, blues and popular-music performers from Poland and abroad, as well as approximately 2,000 music-album covers, including the “Polish jazz” series
- On Monday, 12 August, at 19:00, a meeting with Radiowa Trójka journalist Jan Chojnacki, titled “A Whiter Shade of Blues Live,” will be held in the Conference Hall at Kliczków Castle
Getting to the concerts
It will be possible to travel to the concerts at Kliczków Castle by bus from the railway station in Bolesławiec. The round-trip fare purchased together with a concert ticket is PLN 5. For other passengers, the bus ticket costs PLN 5 for a one-way trip and PLN 10 for a round trip (subject to available seats).
