Recently, 49 programmes in Polish, Czech and German have become available in Bolesławiec and the district. Completely free of charge. Two more Polish programmes will be added by the end of the year, bringing the total to 51.
To receive the free programmes, you need two things:
- an aerial set (one aerial pointed towards Jelenia Góra, the other towards Zgorzelec)
- a digital television or a set-top box for an analogue television
The cost of a set of two aerials is approximately PLN 70; a set-top box for an old television can be bought for PLN 100. Of course, if someone already has an aerial and a new television, they do not need to buy anything.
