The incident occurred on July 3 at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec. Police determined that the 19-year-old moped rider, a resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield to a Volkswagen. The person responsible for the collision did not suffer serious injuries, but was nevertheless taken to hospital for observation.
The 19-year-old man from Bolesławiec was issued a fine.
