The Lower Silesian Athletics Cup J. Humbert Championship finals took place on June 11 in Wrocław. Two teams from Gimnazjum Samorządowe No. 2 in Bolesławiec took part. Both finished on the podium. The athletes coached by Tomasz Markowski came second. Results:

  • Kacper Olszewski – discus throw (47.08 m) and 100 m (12.05 s)
  • Damian Gradzik – shot put (12.48 m) and long jump (5.34 m)
  • Wojciech Karaban – 800 m (2:06.06 s) and long jump (5.24 m)
  • Kacper Popławski – 300 m hurdles (44.63 s)
  • Mateusz Tofil – 110 m hurdles (16.30 s) and high jump (175 cm)
  • Piotr Gadziński – shot put (10.74 m).

Meanwhile, the girls’ team, coached by Karolina Smutek, took third place. Results below:

  • Barbara Busłowicz – high jump (150 cm) and 200 m (29.49 s)
  • Eryka Baran – javelin throw (29.40) and 100 m hurdles (17.19 s)
  • Liliana Członka – high jump (140 cm) and 100 m (14.24 s)
  • Paulina Rychert – 100 m hurdles (17.93 s) and high jump (130 cm)
  • Karolina Wolska – 800 m (2:31.65 s) and long jump (4.13 m)
  • Laura Śledzińska – shot put (9.70 m).
