The Local NGO Incubator operating at the Bolesławiec Economic Society, Bolesławiec City Hall, the Lower Silesian Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations and the “Tratwa” Center for Disasters and Natural Catastrophes invite you to the Non-Governmental Organization Forum “Let’s Get to Know One Another and Settle the Project Properly,” which will be held on April 19 (Friday) in the Councilors’ Hall (Town Hall, Rynek 41 in Bolesławiec).

Below is the event program:

  • 13:00 – opening of the meeting by Mayor Piotr Roman
  • 13:15 – settling projects carried out במסגרת open calls for proposals – good practices (Magdalena Glogowska, president of the Trójrzecze association)
  • 13:40 – Let’s Get to Know One Another – nothing about NGOs without NGOs! (discussion moderated by Edyta Rząsa, adviser at the NGO Incubator in Bolesławiec and trainer)
  • 14:10 – coffee break
  • 14:30 – monitoring projects carried out במסגרת open calls for proposals – rules, requirements and obligations; a debate with Beata Dolatowska, inspector for non-governmental organization affairs at Bolesławiec City Hall; moderation: Edyta Rząsa
  • 14:30 – an example of a professional NGO – presentation of the activities of a non-governmental organization from Bolesławiec County: the GRYF Foundation – Gmina Gromadka
  • 15:00 – closing.
