A few days ago, modernization of the flat roof began. The work is intended to improve the technical condition of the property, increase its safety, and protect the roof from the effects of weather conditions for the coming years. As part of the project, the steel structure and sheet metal will be cleaned and painted. The sheet-metal flashing and guttering will also be replaced.
The roof will additionally be protected with a special liquid membrane. The plan also includes local installation of flat sheet metal, replacement of the lightning protection system together with its measurement equipment, and the organization and securing of the cables and wires located on the roof.

The work is being carried out by Budownictwo Dekarsko Blacharskie, Tynkarstwo, Murarstwo, Malowanie Rafał Tomczyk from Otok. The contract is worth PLN 359,000. According to the plan, the project is to be completed by 19 October 2026.
In connection with the ongoing work, residents should exercise caution in the vicinity of the building and follow the applicable signage.
