The construction work was carried out by Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Ogólnego from Zielona Góra. The cost of building one square meter amounted to PLN 1,750. The building at 13 Śluzowa Street is currently being occupied. Prospective tenants can choose from one-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 32 to 65 m². There are 34 of them. In addition, the building contains four premises intended for commercial activity.
The building at Śluzowa Street is already the third TBS residential building in our city. Previously, the Association commissioned two blocks, on Piastów Street and Wąska Street. Each of them contains 24 apartments.
