The theft of six molds used to produce ceramics, valued at PLN 2,400, took place in 2004. What is more, the thief destroyed a ceramic firing kiln at the time. He set it to the maximum temperature, damaging equipment worth PLN 5,000.
Police officers from Bolesławiec obtained new information in the case. They tracked down a 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. The man is suspected of helping to conceal the ceramic molds, even though he knew they had come from a crime.
The 39-year-old was detained. He faces up to 5 years in prison. The stolen property will be returned to its owner.
