The incident occurred on Friday (22 March) on the road between Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Szczytnica. At around 5:39 a.m., the driver of a Honda, a 33-year-old resident of Kruszyn, crossed into the opposite lane and collided with an Audi travelling correctly in its lane. The Audi was driven by a 39-year-old woman from Ocice. As a result of the collision, the Honda's passenger, a resident of Kruszyn, was taken to hospital. The man suffered a spinal injury. The drivers of both cars were sober.
Road conditions are difficult. The roadways are slippery. Together with the police, we appeal to drivers to adjust their speed to the conditions on the road.
