The incident occurred on March 17. Two brothers, aged 25 and 33, from the Osiecznica municipality broke into a sawmill and stole electric engines worth PLN 1,500. Both were detained. It turned out that one of the brothers worked occasionally at the aforementioned sawmill, so he knew exactly where the valuable items were located.
Police returned the stolen property to its owner. The perpetrators admitted to the theft. They face a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
