The deadline for submitting applications for an award for promoting Bolesławiec is December 31 of this year. Applications should be submitted at the secretariat of the City Hall (town hall) or at the Customer Service Office (office building at Piłsudskiego Square).
Awards are granted for outstanding achievements in artistic activity, the dissemination and protection of culture, the development of science, as well as for outstanding results achieved in sport and social initiatives contributing to the promotion of the city.
Applications for awards may be submitted by: the mayor; the City Council and its committees; cultural institutions, associations and creative unions; artistic agencies and socio-cultural associations; editorial offices of local newspapers, radio stations and television stations; publishing houses; educational institutions; scientific and research associations and organizations; sports clubs, associations and organizations; social and local-government organizations; and local-government bodies and units.
