During the session of the Bolesławiec City Council, held on Wednesday, 29 August, the mayor Piotr Roman said that talks were under way about building a crematorium in our city. If everything goes according to plan, the building will be erected near the Soviet soldiers’ cemetery on II Armii Wojska Polskiego Street. “A crematorium means good tax revenue, several jobs and—what is important—it would be a facility serving the entire area of Lower Silesia’s west,” Roman noted.

We will return to this matter.
