The Wrofilm Film Association is presenting a showcase of films by two directors from Wrocław—Bodo Kox and Filip Zawada. One and a half hours of highly interesting independent productions will be presented, sometimes humorous and sometimes more reflective. During the break between the two film blocks, photographs by Remigiusza Krela entitled My England will be shown.

Bodo Kox is considered one of the more interesting representatives of Polish independent cinema. His films are characterized by a distinctive, dark humor. As an actor, he most often plays characters who are not very bright or are psychopathic.

Filip Zawada is a poet, performer, author of cultural programs, bassist for the band Pustki, filmmaker. He collaborates with Bodo Kox on numerous joint productions.

The showcase will take place on June 14 at 8:30 p.m. at Jazz Klub Rura, 4 Łazienna Street, in Wrocław. Tickets cost PLN 5.
