The fourth year of film education organized by BOK-MCC together with the New Horizons Association has come to an end. During the school year, 36 screenings preceded by presentations were held. A record number of viewers took part in the program held at Forum Cinema. The films proposed by New Horizons Film Education were watched by 9,318 students and teachers from 23 schools.

11. New Horizons Film Education received the Polish Film Institute Award in the “Young Audience Education” category. The program helps deepen children’s and young people’s knowledge of film art and prepares them to engage with culture independently and consciously.

During the past school year, the New Horizons Association worked with presenters who are passionate about ambitious cinema: Aleksandra Koziarek, Grażyna Hanaf, Sabina Kluszczyński, Sylwia Kutrzuba, Michał Szwed and Zuzanna Mróz, who ensured a high standard of film classes covering film history, theory and production.

BOK-MCC thanks regular viewers for their consistent participation in the educational series and presents a list of schools that take part in the ambitious education program.
