The under-14 team of the Bolesłavia Inter-School Sports Club performed excellently at the Lower Silesian Championships, held on 20 May. Bolesłavia athletes won 11 medals, including four gold and two silver. Particularly noteworthy were the results of Kacper Olszewski, who was unrivalled in both the discus throw (56.80) and shot put (14.40). Damian Gradzik also won two medals: silver in the hammer throw (34.78) and discus throw (42.60).
The gold medals were won by: Wojciech Karaban (in the 1,000 m race), Kacper Olszewski (in the discus throw and shot put), and Jakub Rajfur (in the 110 m hurdles). Two silver medals went to Damian Gradzik (in the hammer and discus throws). Bronze medals were won by: Paweł Jóźwiak (in the long jump), Mateusz Pugacz (in the hammer throw), Gabiela Sawko (in the javelin throw), Klaudia Grabarz (in the 100 m hurdles), and the 4x100 m relay team (Patryk Modras, Paweł Jóźwiak, Maciej Buciak and Jakub Rajfur).
Finishing just outside the podium were: Sylwia Zembrzuska (in the 600 m race), Eryka Baran (in the javelin throw), and Patryk Modras (in the 300 m race).
Bolesłavia’s athletes also performed very well in the Athletics League, held on 19 May in Zielona Góra. Nine clubs took part in the league competition: MKS MOS Wrocław, ZLKL Zielona Góra, SL Olimpia Poznań, MKS Bolesłavia Bolesławiec, AZS PWSZ Gorzów Wlkp, WMLKS Nadodrze Powodowo, MKL Szczecin, MKS Osa Zgorzelec and UMKS Iskra Wolsztyn.
Bolesłavia finished in 4th place. Points for the club were scored, among others, by Dominika Kamińska, Bartosz Wróbel, Beata Dąbal, Grzegorz Szuszkiewicz, Dawid Kopała, Kaja Caban, Agnieszka Bosek, Monika Chmielik, Michał Bis, Krzysztof Kozdra, Maciej Chojnacki, Marek Pławiak, Karolina Mrozik, Artur Polański, Robert Polański, Mateusz Kopeć, Ewa Ochocka, Arwid Krzyżanowski, Grzegorz Oślak, Katarzyna Kołodyńska, Igor Okiński and Beata Cieśla.
