Bolesławiec police officers detained a 32-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man, residents of Zgorzelec County. During the night of March 23–24, they both stole a car worth PLN 50,000 from Germany. They concealed the vehicle on the property of a resident of Osiecznica Municipality, who was detained for handling stolen goods.
The perpetrators of the theft have already been remanded in custody for three months. They face up to 10 years in prison. The 27-year-old from Osiecznica Municipality suspected of handling stolen goods faces up to five years in prison.
