The incident occurred on Sunday, March 11, in Bolesławiec. A 33-year-old resident of złotoryjski county stole a scooter worth nearly PLN 2,500 from an older man. The thief was detained on the same day.
The 33-year-old faces up to five years in prison. Officers returned the stolen vehicle to its owner.
