The winter holidays are coming to an end. Throughout this period, recreational activities were held in the gymnasium of II Liceum Ogólnokształcące. Students from upper-secondary schools could play football, volleyball and basketball free of charge. – 15 people came every day – says Piotr Napiórkowski, a physical education teacher. – The young people were pleased. I hope there will be more activities like this.
During the holidays, mathematics consultations were also held for third-year students. They were conducted by teacher Edyta Gawlik-Lippik. Meanwhile, Joanna Turczyńska, coordinator of the “Photography – My Passion” project, organized an outdoor photography workshop. What is more, the school’s students had the opportunity to go skiing. The trip was supervised by Edyta Kwiecińska. – I think our school prepared a very interesting offer for this year’s winter holidays – says Mirosław Sakowski, headmaster of II LO.
