The Municipal Brass Band “Bolesławiec” welcomed the guests arriving for the concert. Ewa Lijewska-Małachowska extended New Year's wishes to the audience and the children performing on stage. The young residents of Bolesławiec were also admired by councillors and Mayor Piotr Roman.
The concert began with the Poeticon group performing the song “Uciekali”. The little snowflakes from the Canonki group won tremendous applause and acclaim, capturing the hearts of everyone present. During the concert interval, the “Carmen” Flamenco Dance School performed.
The workshop participants presented their own programme. The performance by the “Arabeska” Oriental Dance School delighted the audience, especially its male members. The New Year's Concert concluded with a final performance by the Poeticon group featuring the song “Pokonamy falę”.
For some of the children, this was their first performance on stage before such a large audience, so the emotions were intense. Despite their stage fright, everyone performed excellently, and they were rewarded with a standing ovation.
The audience did not disappoint—the Forum hall was almost filled to capacity. On behalf of all the dancers, singers and musicians, the concert organiser BOK-MCC thanks everyone for attending the concert.
