Officers apprehended two underage residents of Bolesławiec, aged 14 and 15, who damaged the façade of one of Bolesławiec’s secondary schools at the turn of July and August this year. The damage was estimated at PLN 1,800. The perpetrators confessed. They explained to the police officers that they had painted “graffiti” because... they were bored. Both minors will now answer for their actions before a family court.
