The incident occurred on September 21, at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Sobieskiego Street in Jelenia Góra, along National Road 30.
Initial findings indicate that the 66-year-old Citroën driver, for reasons not yet established, crossed into the opposite lane. She collided with an oncoming Isuzu driven by a 38-year-old man.
The force of the collision caused the Isuzu driver to lose control of the vehicle. The car left the road and rolled over.
The Citroën driver was taken to hospital.
Police are carrying out activities aimed at establishing the exact causes and circumstances of the incident.
