Police quickly determined the direction from which the shots had been fired. “Locations from which the shots may have been fired were identified, and a 15-year-old boy, a resident of Tulipanowa Street, was detained,” said Grzegorz Górski, spokesperson for the Bolesławiec police.
At the teenager’s home, police officers found a Norconia air pistol and 150 pellets. “We have secured the pellets that injured the boys. We are now waiting for an expert’s report to determine whether the weapon found at the boy’s home is the same weapon used to shoot the victims,” added Grzegorz Górski.
During the initial interrogations, the teenager did not admit guilt. The boy had no previous convictions. The case will be handled by the Family Court in Bolesławiec.
