During the ceremony, the personnel order of the Provincial Police Commander in Wrocław, Police Inspector General Pawła Półtorzyckiego, appointing Sub-Commissioner Sławomir Mularski First Deputy Commander of the Złotoryja District Police Headquarters, was read out.
The newly appointed deputy commander emphasized that taking up the new function was both an honor and a major challenge for him. He thanked everyone for their trust and declared his readiness to carry out his new official duties.
